I like to think that we have magical powers and predicted the future and the announcement of Mark Ruffalo joining the cast for Ragnarok.

I still don't know how I feel about that. I say one thing I wasn't serious about and it happens. Why didn't I say I wish I run into Chris Hemsworth?

I don't know how I feel about it, either - but at least it isn't Iron Man. Or Hawkeye.

Perhaps they believe that adding some other main Avenger to the cast will increase people's interest in the film. They turned Civil War into The Avengers 2.0, afterall.

Unfriend me, but Hawkeye has really grown on me after AoU. I wouldn't mind seeing him over Bruce since he was featured in the first Thor.
I don't even know how they will manage the budget with CGI with him anyway. IF it's only Bruce that's fine, but if they want him fighting side by side with Thor as the Hulk than the cost can be greater.

I just can't get to care about him. I didn't hate his scenes, or the time we spent on his farm in AoU, but you keep that fluff in and cut off Thor's mythology storyline? No, frak you Marvel.
It doesn't help that every time I read or see a Renner interview he rubs me off the wrong way.

I wish we would get Bruce, but I can't really see him in one of Thor's space adventures, so I expect more of the Hulk.
....If they cut off Natalie Portman's salary maybe they'll have the money for the special effects.

Apparently the 2 Infinity War movies are going to cost over 1 Billion to make??!!!! Although that doesn't sound too bad since The Amazing Spider-Man 2 cost about $460 million and it was a turd. The CGI was pretty horrible.

Budget means nothing if they can't pull together good storylines for the characters, though.
Less explosions and group shots, more personal development, Marvel.

They're not very good on the personal moments are they?

They are very hit or miss. More consistency and less one-liners is what we need.

I think they stick to one liners for the general public's sake. Casual viewers who make up most of the audience, who don't know much of their history, or care.

I think even the most casual viewer at some point will get bothered by one-liners if they get too heavy-handed, and realize that they don't make up for the lack of a strong, consistent plot.
