It's implied in the trailer. We see Roger, Claire and Bree "find" Jamie, Then we see Claire in 18th century Edinburgh, outside the print shop with a hopeful look on her face, checking her appearance as she goes in. Most viewers could put two and two together from just that, I think.
But even if they couldn't, it's been mentioned in promo the Jamie is a printer:

They've said many times that Claire and Jamie eventually reunite in season 3. And even if that weren't the case, Claire and Jamie are the focus of the series. The the series continuing with them separated for the whole time would be very, very unlikely, just based on what most people know about stories generally. So nonreaders would know that there will be a reunion. Cait confirms it in this interview https://youtu.be/KwtpeDx6LpM?t=2m55s From the promo's focus on "the print shop scene" I think most nonreaders had figured out where that reunion would take place.

Yes, you state facts from the books yes, but for fans of the show as it has not happened yet it's speculation what you're saying. It hasn't happened, therefore as your discussing based on what you know about the books it is spoilers. Not that there's anything wrong with you discussing spoilers, I just don't want members to confuse what is/isn't spoilers as all threads apart from one are meant to be spoiler free.

You're right, and I'll fix that post so that no one who doesn't want to see anything can see anything. That said, if it's something that has been said by people associated with the show (cast, writers, crew, network) as part of promotion, I wouldn't consider that a spoiler, because someone following the show would have seen it, and would have that knowledge.

Regardless, the picture was leaked way before Sam posted it, so people blaming him was a little unfair. (I'm not saying that you're blaming him, but some people on his instagram did)

It had leaked about 12 hours before he posted it and was all over social media. My guess is that he saw it and posted it to his account. Then he realized that it wasn't officially released so he deleted it and apologized for any potential spoilers. I honestly don't think he meant any harm but some of the instagram comments were angry.

Well based on the comments on the apology post, most people seem pretty forgiving. Or maybe those commenters aren't the ones who were mad in the first place.
