Such a beautiful photo.

I love that he stayed around to look after his son. Knowing he had the opportunity to leave, but stayed anyway, has made me respect his character so much more.

I got goosebumps and when he fainted i cried laughing hahahahahha!

I think his brain went into over drive. Like he saw her and all he was thinking was "Claire's back. Oh no I've married someone else? Why is she back? I've had kids with someone else. I love Claire. But I've moved on. Claire is back" on repeat and then his brain just died.

I don't think he even thinks about Laoghaire until later, when he starts introducing Claire to people as his wife. I don't think he's really moved on either. I mean he's accepted that she's not coming back and for all intents and purposes she's dead for him. But I also think that he still thinks of her as the love of his life. I think in that moment there's just shock and questioning his sanity when he sees her.
