SmoaknLance aren't together apparently when the season starts so Charlotte would have to first come back to film and that relationship would have to be fixed for it to be them and I don't think she's been back to film yet. I guess it could be a flashback but why? I'm so confused and not wanting to get my hopes up. But there aren't a lot of options. And you can never predict Arrow's pacing. I just don't know what to make of it. __________________
