 and oooh that those pics, just saw the episode, and i was eeeeeking when i saw that scene YAY  i was also awwww when after caitlin got kidnapped, he just went on the treadmill and got stronger and faster  __________________

yeah... or close. not sure if that is worse or when the show is back for a week, gone for two or three, etc. some shows do that in the early spring, etc...
