They've done a great job imo developing Karen's journalism. We see her researching, we continuously watch her grow in her skills and it's always relevant to the plot. It's so simple to do but you know this show loves mediocrity.

I agree with Candice so much. Also she sees how they've stuffed them all into STAR Labs for convenience. However, it limits their show and is a mistake, as we can all see.
