As for her going back to evil, no way. We may see her evil in FTL or in some sort of AU or whatever but this Regina with so much character development can never go back to evil.

YIKES. I hope not. I don't think so. The evil grin is probably just Regina's trademark "I win" grin.

I did love Regina as Ursula. Totally cracked me up when she popped up as her the first time.
