Sorry I've been quiet this weekend, I've been stressing the kids father. Long story short he's mad I won't give him any tax money (that I don't even have yet by the way). He finally seen them for the first time in months and hasn't supported them at all. He won't even drop Amaya off at school yet goes past our house almost every morning to go to his moms who lives down the street from the school if that says anything about how much he does for Amaya and Aysen. So because I won't give him any money he's threatening to take me to court.

Wait.. why do you have to give him money?? Surely, he needs to be giving you money in child support?

^exactly what I said. He doesn't give anything for either kid- he wouldn't bring Amaya to school one day when she missed the bus. I helped him the last two years when we were together like with rent to move in with him but that never happened so I shouldn't be responsible for those bills now.

ugh, that sucks, Sandy.
He should give you money for sure. What is his goal in taking you to court? Wouldn't he better not be in court or he would be ruled to pay child support?

No idea what his idea is or what he would achieve as he'd end up paying me child support and he'd have to back pay and Amaya is almost 8 and they go back that far.

Well I've got his number blocked to ignore him now. I think he's only being all talk as I won't give in and he thinks he can just push and push me until I do.

^It really is and come to find out two years ago I put a bill in my name for him (when Amaya and I were supposed to move in with him and school was all online) and I just got a collections letter from it from him not paying the bill.

^Yeah, I’m just ignoring it and him for now. I’m happy, doing good, trying to think of a vacation. Amayas beyond happy and had all 3’s and 4’s in school Aysens doing good and growing everyday, I can’t let him (or anyone) bring me down.
