I returned to work Monday.

I was greeted with the information that a whole bunch of changes would be happening in the near future. I'm a little overwhelmed, not going to lie. Everything will work out but I was not expecting all this after being off a week. I, unfortunately, missed the new company heads visit while I was out, so I feel like this wouldn't all have been sprung on me all at once had I been there.

I feel fine. I never realize how drained work makes me until I'm at home and I finally stop moving for the day.

Just fighting typical allergy season change crud.

Well, found out one change isn't happening anymore (well, at least for the time being). They were talking about moving people around as the remote workers will be returning to the office sometime soon. For the time being, I won't have to move from my current station. Thank goodness, because I have a lot of stuff in my cubicle to make my life easier. I was dreading having to load it up on a cart and re-set it all up again.

Kathrin, yes it is. Especially considering we could still easily have snow and it be cold come mid-April.

I went to see Lizzo in concert last night and it was amazing!

Fiona, oooh, how fun I'm glad you enjoyed the concert Was there an opening act and would one know them?

I didn’t know the opening act, she was a British singer with soul/Amy Winehouse style songs. She was talented but it didn’t really hype the crowd up, the songs were too slow. Just before Lizzo came on they played songs like Dancing Queen by Abba which everyone got up and danced to and sang along with which was way more fun.

We have a snow storm coming tomorrow into Wednesday apparently. We’ve had numerous storms all winter that have missed us or weren’t what they made it out to be so this should be interesting. Last time they predicted a big storm like this one in March we got nailed with over 3 feet of snow
