It shouldn’t hopefully, I kept my manager in the loop the whole time (I’d literally call him and rant about it :lol:).

I didn’t have the time left so it went down as absence but it’ll be fine. Working from home and relying on the internet, there’s always the risk. I’m in tomorrow and off Sunday but that was my schedule anyway.

How’s everyone’s weekend been?

Relaxing. Watching movies and shows on Netflix.

So, it's not bad, but also not best since I would have visited family, but with this cough I rather stay home...

^Understandable. Not sure about over there but here the flu and rsv are running rampant and everyone is getting it. Sometimes you're better off home protecting everyone. Amaya actually finally goes back to school tomorrow after missing a week with the flu. And the flu did her in as bad as pneumonia. Covid and rsv she was soo active and running but the flu? Nope, just coughing and sleeping.

Yes, same here. I'm working from home for the week at least. I'm not sick enough to go to the doctor, so I asked to work from home. I'm glad it was doable :nod:

So awesome that you’re able to do that, Kathrin. And it makes sense especially because going to the doctor you can end up sicker than you are.

What are the weekend plans for you all?

Regular Saturday errands. My mom and sister are going to clean out more of the storage unit that my dad had on Sunday.

I took next week off (actually put it in before everything happened), so just going to enjoy some more time off.

I have Aysen's birthday Sunday so tomorrow it's some errands to get somethings for his birthday dinner and pizza and wings on Sunday for it along with cake. Tonight Amaya and I went to the hockey game which was fun.

Candace, I'm sure the additional days off make it easier in not having to deal with work.
