I didn't actually think that Cooper would ever arrest her. And when it comes to Liz I don't think Cooper and Red will ever agree on things. Cooper wants to abide the law and Red doesn't so yeah.

Yes, it's always the same with Red and Cooper and honestly, I don't get why Red would want for her to not face the consequences when we all know it's about time she faces the consequences of her actions. She isn't even aware of them and this sucks.
