Ohhh, I can't wait until we find out more about the MD centric eppy, though assuming it's not the premiere, I can't imagine they'll release much about it beforehand, since we have no idea what will happen with them in the premiere and that was such a huge part of the cliffhanger. Maybe Ellen and Patrick will give some hints in interviews after filming starts.

I can't wait for some hints of their centric episode. I believe we knew about the MC centric during the hiatus, it happened in episode 5.

Fingers and toes tightly crossed they'll both do some interviews. I want to know from them about this storyline and their thoughts.

We know the MD centric episode has to be early in the season, though, if Shonda was planning it last spring. Weren't they filming epi 4 or 5 when the premiere aired last year? I know Ellen and Patrick's TV Guide interview was around then and it featured the 200th episode. Hopefully we get some feature with their centric episode.

I don't want anyone else promoting this fall, because if it's truly Meredith centric, no one else should. I could see James Pickens, Jr. doing an interview about the whole Maggie story, since it seems like Shonda wants to pimp that storyline.

I really hope Ellen gets to do most of the promotions and be in the spotlight, since her character has so much going on. And Patrick should too.

If it's really Meredith-centric as Shonda says, then Ellen should definitely be doing a lot of promotions. It wouldn't make sense to promote the Japril baby storyline or the Calzona whatever storyline, since as Shonda basically said, that's not the spotlight. So we need Ellen to promote, and Derek's a huge part of Meredith's storyline, so hopefully Patrick will do some too. He's already said more about Grey's this summer than Ellen has, but that's only because he's been in the media because of his racing and it's only natural that they're going to ask him about Grey's.

It should be Mer/Ellen centric on/off screen Wish they'll do some promotions together, that's my dream especially with such a big storyline and even the centric episode... the others were so heavy on screen and in the media, is SHOULD be our faves time in s11..

They always ask him about Grey's.. he's both so.. it's normal for the interviewer to ask him something about the show.

It seems like everyone has said something about production returning except Ellen at this point. (Chandra and James don't count, because they're not on social media/usually don't have a heavy media presence anyway). Ellen's been quiet. I guess she's resting up.

Hopefully the deletion of her Pinterest doesn't mean she's going to delete all her other social media platforms. Maybe she thought Pinterest was too addictive.

More than Twitter and Instagram. Though I think she definitely uses Instagram more than Twitter. She probably gets bombarded with too much craziness on Twitter. It's easier to ignore the crazies on Instagram (as long as she doesn't read the comments to her photos lol). I bet one look at her mentions on Twitter and she's pulling her hair out (I would be).
