What we also could do is that one of us puts one of those countdowns in our signature, which counts down to how many hours, minutes and seconds it is until the re-watch

Great idea! To make sure I don't screw up I'll do all of the suggestions, just like I've got three alarm clocks set up when I have to wake in the morning.
