We did it!
We've finally reached our first big milestone.
A big thank you to everyone that helped us to get to 10k on the Tom Hiddleston board
and who contributed to our celebration.
Without every single one of you this board wouldn´t be such a fun, friendly and sometimes pervy place.
A special thanks goes out to the temporary moderators of this board Cat, Mandi and Mel.

I haven't been a fan of Tom for as long as quite a few people, in fact not as long as most of the people on the board, but once you get to know him how can you not love him? He is polite, articulate and grounded- something that is lacking in many talented Actors.
The fact that we got the board is one of the most exciting things I have experienced in my almost 5 years at Fanforum! The fact that we have gone post crazy and achieved 10K less than a month after opening is crazy (but a good crazy)! I know I for one cant wait to post with everyone on here for years to come, as we see Toms career go from strength to strength.

I have been an avid fan of Tom Hiddleston for a very long time and though I've only been posting in this forum for a couple of days, (and stalking it the past month) I can safely call this board home. I have also met a lot of nice and fresh members.
We reached the 10k milestone so soon and it's very encouraging, so here's to many more.

Tom Hiddleston is amazing, kind, talented, handsome, hilarious, intelligent... I can go on forever about this man, so reaching our first milestone in a short period of time came to no surprise even if you still have to pinch me about getting this board! After campaigning hard, we finally did it through our devotion and now here we all are unleashing on all things Tom. Congratulations to all my fellow posters who have lost sleep just to chat and have made this board such a wonderful place to be a part of.

This is the first time that I experienced all the work in campaigning for a board and then being actually here when it is opened. I'm so proud, that we finally got a board for Tom and so happy that we reached already our first milestone. Congratulations to all posters in here.
I have only been a fan of him and his work for a few months but in those months I experienced what a kind, intelligent and hard working person he is and he became my favourite actor and just wish him the best in his future work. I'm glad to have met so many great posters here and can't wait to experience more with all of you and to follow Tom's career, he deserves all the praise in the world for how much he is doing for his roles and how much heart he puts into every single scene. He is an amazing human being and I'm so happy that I get to be part of this board.

10,000 posts already?! Well, color me surprised! First, I just want to say that the people on this board are top notch and it's been really great getting to know them. I want to thank them for making this board an excellent place to visit after work or a hard day of real life. Without them, we would not have this board in the first place. I look forward to the next 10,000 posts with great anticipation!
What can I say about Tom Hiddleston without sounding like a crazy fangirl? I think Tom epitomizes everything I love about life. He is so full of zest and happiness that it radiates from him. When he smiles or laughs, it lights up his whole face and it makes me happy to see him so happy. He never has a mean word to say about anyone and he is always quick to praise his costars for helping him to be the great actor that he has become. If more people were like Tom in real life, there might just be more happiness and love to go around.

It's hard to put into words how happy I am about Tom having finally got his board. When the campaign thread was opened two years ago, I was glad to find other people around the forum who enjoyed his work to talk with, but I didn't dare to hope getting his own corner was a possibility. But the interest and the fans kept growing and we're finally here! Many - me included - discovered Tom thanks to Marvel and his amazingly layered performance as Loki, but his career has been expanding just like his fanbase, and it's wonderful to have a board where we can discuss all the things he's been involved with since his star started to shine. It's been a pleasure to campaign with Tom's fellow fans, and the first two weeks of the board's life have been filled with excitement, fun and a nice feeling of being among friends already. This place is already dear to me and I'm proud of how well we've been doing, and that we've reached our first milestone so quickly. A toast to the amazing actor and person that brought us together, and another to our first 10,000 posts and a great group - we're here to stay!
Now let's party, and in Tom's honour, dance until all we can feel are the music and our laughter!
