I don't feel so bad about the break anymore. A lot of the NBC shows are already on hiatus and won't get a new episode until late February. That's nearly 3 months with no episodes. If we are super lucky and it comes back in March as I predicted, we will get less than 2 months, after getting a few in January. That's not bad actually, it's a much shorter break. It just sounds worse. And look at The 100. They had like an 8 month hiatus. At least we don't have to suffer that. At the absolute worse case scenario it will be 5 months.

I wonder if 36 half-hour shows rather than 18 hour-long shows wouldn't be better. It would change the feel of each episode, but at least there would be more continuity.

and the question is what will happen later, will we even get a S4, what if they decide to air S4 in summer 2017

I don't think they will go to summer, but they may get kicked to mid season. Which means a 8 month summer hiatus.

Their last scene was so good they are in trouble!

I loved how Catherine was all into it and Mary was like "ok stop not too hard"

They were amazing.

It was so sweet when Catherine said that she would not forget what Mary had sacrificed for her. And she was so encouraging and helpful to Mary in regards to the courtship with Don Carlos. Even though Catherine knows that Mary is still grieving her son, she wants to help her do her duty and make a new alliance.

The last scene was a little over the top, but it was classic Reign. Like I said in the episode thread, I was a little disappointed that they actually had Mary try to cater to Don Carlos' desires, but... I understand why they had to to do it. Catherine was getting way too into it and poor Mary was like...STOP!
