Give him a couple of years - he'll claim he knew Lisbon was pregnant before she even got pregnant!

So, if we assume that Jane did not know Kim was FBI, do you think he really went to dinner with her just because he was lonely for someone who speaks the same language, or do you think he was trying to get over Lisbon and move on?

Kind of sad if that was it. Because it's pretty obvious it didn't work. It really seemed like he was trying to hard - but his heart wasn't in it.

Both. I don't think he was trying to get over Lisbon though, more like his whole life in the US.

Good point. Jane very likely left the US thinking he would never be able to come back. He might have gotten to the point where he realizes that he really has to let go of that life - including Lisbon and everything else it entails - and move on.

As much as I like Kim and Patrick's little interlude, I don't think I would have liked it if they had introduced a relationship between them.

Me too and I heard that's why they got rid of her people didn't like them sidelining lisbon for fischer
