True. And she probably has a personal trainer to help. Not to mention the motivation of her job. Many actors and actresses have clauses in their contracts that require they keep to a certain size.

I'm trying to decide if I should try watching Colony again. I watched the first 4 or 5 episodes and it was sort of interesting, but didn't really wow me.
