Him taking Maria's death so lightly is sus and it wouldn't be the first time he's successfully faked a death. I really love the rock bottoms he seemed to hit with her death and his firing, but I would like to see the man that became the director of shield show us who he really is. It's not an even contest at the moment and I want to see how he levels the playing field. His arc will be the make it or break it of this show. In the end I hope we get to see badass Nick Fury being 10 steps ahead of everyone else again.

I think Gravik is turning into Super Skrull

The strength of this cast is really pushing the show into another tier this episode. Rhodey and Nick's conversation was excellent and Olivia Coleman is absolutely crushing it. Also the train scene between Talos and Fury was great, but I wished Talos told him sooner. I get why Fury is angry with him. Also does Fury know his wife is a Skrull? I'm not sure. And how many world leaders are actually Skrulls?? That council scene was ominous

My only complaint this episode is that it didn't give really Emilia anything to do so far but I think G'iah will get her turn in the next episode or two.

I absolutely love the show (top 3 D+ shows), but I think most of the hate online comes from people that were expecting to see a much more grand spectacle than what ended up appearing on the show.

It's a slow burn, excellent spy series. Bombshell after bombshell whether it was emotional/character-based or plot-related. Great performances from everyone. So excited for next week and the rest of the series

one more thing...could Gravik be Nick Fury's biological son? His wife in the end be the Skrull that introduced Gravik sounds fishy to me
