so i finished...Maria Hill is really dead after all

they are all skrulls wow the invasion is clearly here after all.

liked to see more of Gravik and G'iah "working" together and the short past sequence. f G'iah is becoming more and more suspectful and unsure about Gravik, it was very well to see in her scenes.

Rhodey's restaurant monologue was truly excellently delivered, however he did a mistake there. best line was "i'm Nick Fury. even if i'm out, i'm in."

and Olivia Coleman holy moly she was scary good

and Fury having a wife...who is a skrull! does he know? he surely does...?

Just finished too. They really re-showed us Maria's death scene - yes no big reveal there, she is really dead. RIP Maria Hill. A very underrated character in the MCU who deserved a better death than in 1x01. Got a full military honors, at least.

There it is, they're all Skrulls at the meeting. Nice little twist. So there are way more Skrulls then we thought, that’s pretty cool

Liked all Gravik/G'iah scenes - you can tell she will betray him.

Jesus Christ I was not expecting her to cut his damn finger off...

Nick Fury’s wife is a Skrull which is pretty cool too.

i think Fury knows his wife is a skrull. otherwise they would have kept this a secret from us, watchers, as well, at least for some time after revealing her for the first time wouldn't they?

My current thinking is that he's aware she might be a Skrull, but he's playing along.

If his wife is a Skrull and he knows that, why would they show us her as a Skrull right before she changes back into human form upon his arrival? Buuuuut still guys NICK FURY IS MARRIED!

The entire Russia plot and the timing of it...well it's scary.

Show is violent, weird, tangled to hell. I'm into it.

But I have to say I was expecting more grief on Fury's part losing Hill. I felt like it was downplayed minus the talk with the mom. I would think her death would have echoed a bit more.

Same. Feels so weird how a long-time character like Hill is killed off fast and just cast aside outside of that mother scene.

I'm leaving a 10% chance it was a trick and she is somehow alive. How, I have no idea.

As for his wife.... I'd find it hard to believe a Skrull could deceive Nick Fury for 10+ years while under his nose on a daily basis. Especially given last episode they said if you're a warrior or operate among humans you should stay in human form at all times to not blow your cover by accident, AND Nick is the one person who actually knows Skrulls exist and so is more suspicious.

Oh and the train scene between Talos and Fury was great too
