But it can't, not without basically undoing S8 somehow and remaking it with the full cast. That's not going to happen, so I have very very low expectations for a sequel show.

Sadly yes the new boss of hbo's parent company is a fat old white sob named David Zaslav, who hates all female characters and cancels female centric shows, he literally said that scripted content is for men, bc women only watch reality tv. He probably thinks women are too stupid to understand scripted content, thus HBO now gets the "manly" Zaslav makeover with just some budged male centric content, and basically is getting run into the ground.

Nothing against Masie, but the idea that someone with no sailing experience could make the journey many experienced sailors disappeared during, and return back again, is insane to me. For Masie to appear back in the North and meet Jon it would not make sense in-universe. Arya training as a fighter was part of her story arc at least, the explorer thing was so random.

Yes very much nonsense, it's just Kit being greedy and not giving a fk about the fans, otherwise he'd not do this. But he wants to milk the money cow at all costs smh. I much prefer actors who act for the acting and the roles and not just for money. Bc that is the same as writers/showrunners only doing shows for money but not for content like D&D.

Maybe he thinks he is doing the fans a favor to give a better closure but honestly how can that happen when they all have been ruined already.
