i'll never forgive how they made Dany suddenly snapped into Madness. that internal conflict of hers should've been more clear and developed in the last two seasons AT LEAST.

This is really the issue here. Everything bad that happened to her happened to her within like 2 episodes giving no time for inflection.

Hell when Jon told his family who he was and they didn't even show the rest of the conversation or reactions (I mean seriously this is your cousin whose grandfather killed your grandfather I want to see their reaction) I knew the ending was going to be handled terribly.

Dany's entire character was built on her putting the people first above all. the whole reason she didn't just sack Kings Landing long ago was her concern for the people within despite her hate for Cersei. for her to just randomly decide to burn it all is an absurd twist that doesn't align with her character for the past 7 seasons at all.
