The opposite happened with me. I really liked him in the beginning (it was mostly his looks, but okay ), and in the beginning it did look like they were going in the Sarah/Paul direction and I liked it. But then his character became so bleh, like, I never knew what his role actually was in the story. I started feeling like that when he sort of became Rachel's toy. I got so bored, and it's weird, I'm not bored by Rachel (even though I do want her to die most of the time ), but I did get bored by him. And I started to realize my problem was with the actor. He wasn't convincing to me, and I lost interest. I wasn't even sad when he died, which sucks
