THE KNAVE AND ALICE’S FRIENDSHIP IS PUT TO THE TEST AS ALICE FINDS OUT WHO SHE IS REALLY UP AGAINST, ON ABC’S “ONCE UPON A TIME IN WONDERLAND”

“Trust Me” – In Wonderland, Alice concocts a plan to find Cyrus and uses his genie bottle as bait to find out who she’s up against and who her real friends are. Meanwhile, the Red Queen and Jafar face off and in flashback, viewers find out how Alice and Cyrus fell in love and how Cyrus ends up in Wonderland, on “Once Upon a Time In Wonderland,” THURSDAY, OCTOBER 17 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

“Once Upon a Time In Wonderland” stars Sophie Lowe as Alice, Michael Socha as Knave of Hearts, Peter Gadiot as Cyrus, Emma Rigby as The Red Queen with Naveen Andrews as Jafar and John Lithgow as the voice of the White Rabbit.

“Trust me” guest stars include Jordana Largy as Silvermist, Matty Finochio as Tweedledee, Ben Cotton as Tweedledum, Brian George as Old Prisoner, Michael Antonakos as Bearded Man, Sarah Hayward as Townsperson #1 and Gerry Rousseau as Townsperson #2.

“Trust Me” was written by Rina Mimoun and directed by Romeo Tirone.

Loved this episode of Wonderland.

1) Loved the fairy that slapped Will/Knave. Also, can't wait to see who Anastasia is?

2) The old man and Cyrus conversation reminded me of Jafar pretended to be the old man in the movie "Aladdin"

3) There was another "Aladdin" reference with Cyrus telling Alice about the rules of magic.

4) Still love Will/Knave. He is my favorite character besides the Red Queen, Alice, and Jafar.

Can't wait to see Will/Knave's back story next week.

We're only two episodes in, and this has already matched its parent series in story quality, at least IMO.

I loved the brinksmanship going on between the Red Queen and Jafar in tonight's episode, from him freezing and disintegrating her subjects and talking down to her to her using the Rabbit to find Cyrus' bottle and using it as leverage, and can't wait to see what's going to happen next with them.

The flashbacks to Agrabah and what happened after Alice and Cyrus first met really helped to enhance the present-day story of Alice and the Knave drawing out their enemies and having to learn to get along despite whatever happened between them in the past.

I also really liked the revelations about some of the Knave's past in Wonderland thanks to the Silvermist Fairy (whom I hope we see again, to be honest) and the appearance of the Mock Turtle (which was freaking cool, BTW).

Although I don't think that it will affect the show's airing future if it doesn't happen, I am hoping and am hopeful that the ratings will improve because this show deserves to have more people watching it and to get more than one season even after only two episodes.

One other thing: I'm pretty sure that Cyrus' reference to wishing a Genie free not ending well was meant to refer to what happened with Giancarlo Esposito's 'Magic Mirror Genie'.
