I knew like a week before G4 that was no time to book and get time off work!

If I had known Darren was going to be at G4 sooner you wouldn't have been able to stop me!

At least my best friend got to go and she met him and got him to hold a sign for me in their picture I now have the note he held

I am the girl who couldn't be there! My friend who was already going told me that Darren had been announced as a last minute guest I was gutted I couldn't go so she got me a few things and one of the surprises was that when she got her picture taken with him she wrote a note out that she asked Darren to hold up for me in the pic it said wish you were here Emma love Jess and Darren and he said that it was sweet she did that

I did post the picture in the fan encounter thread I think

I can say from first-hand experience, she was an absolute delight! She arranged with Darren to see me individually and she stayed with me until he came, we had a wonderful conversation. She said Darren was the nicest and most professional artist she had worked with so far.
