Rachel had every right to feel betrayed and offended by his behavior. And I really loved her attitude, though I don't understand why she told him about her mistake. Was she trying to hurt him? Make him jealous?

I agree with Ally. I think Rachel was angry and spiteful and a little vindictive and very hurt that's why she finally told because she wanted to (weirdly enough) gloat that she wasn't the goody-two-shoes he always thought she was and that he's missing out. I would've done the same thing TBH.

It never actually crossed my mind that they'd bring the married man in, but I suppose they could. I could maybe see them doing it if Mike and Rachel sort everything out and are together, he could come back now divorced from his wife. I wouldn't really be happy with that scenario though.
