Amazing episode!
Everybody had interactions with everybody! Great scenes between Harvey and Mike, Harvey and Jessica, Harvey and Donna, Louis and Jessica, Louis and Mike even Mike and Donna had something this time around. I love when they do that! I really loved Louis in this episode, but the crown goes to Jessica because once again she proved she's a great leader. I get what she was saying to Harvey in their last scene. She is right, I love Harvey but she is right. And her scene with Louis was very moving. I'm glad Louis stayed. I wish we had more Donna but I always want more Donna Harold went away I hope we'll seeing him again |

Finally! A Rachel-centric ep next week!!!
Loved this ep too! Especially starting it off with Donna/Harvey Ugh! Louis!!! I love you! Don’t ever leave! Harvey going off like that turns me so on!!!!!!!!!! And he did it so many times! And aww Mike. Good thing he’s getting back on track, but I didn’t like what Jessica said about him. I’ve had a similar experience with a former boss when it seemed like every time I made a mistake that’s when he decided to show his face. It’s so unnerving. Harold! OMG I felt so sorry for him I didn’t want him to leave either. But at least Mike made right by him. I was disappointed when Mike couldn’t fight for him more with Louis Somebody knock off that redhead on her ass! Ugh she’s so annoying! Rachel, you go girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! __________________

hasn't proven it yet.
This was one of the most power episodes I have ever seen. I went thru so many emotions in that hour that I was drained.
I guess my biggest thing is that Harvey hasn't proved to me that he has that soft side...if anything, I found myself not liking him in this episode. I know one needs to be harsh from time to time, but Harvey is a bit TOO harsh. Sure he's got Mike on a short leash, but he of all people should know that there is no time table when it comes to grief. The really great bosses understand that and helps out the employee along the way, but yet still be a manager. I'm glad Louis is staying, but Harvey tearing the letter...I just didn't find that believable. __________________

I, too found Harvey a little too harsh with Mike and Louis. That's why I appreciated Jessica more in this episode. I thought she was always going to be on Harvey's side even if it meant being blind to some stuff he did that weren't right. But she proved it was not the case. And after the first scene with Mike, Donna made Harvey realize that he was too harsh with him. So, I think Harvey learned his lesson and in the future he will try not to let his personal feelings get involved in his professional life because it's one of the reasons why Jessica woulnd't put his name on the door. He needs to be more like Jessica

I was happy to see Louis and Harvey sort of 'make up' at the end, and to see that Mike is improving
Hopefully this is the last we ever hear of anything related to Tess ... I was surprised their new hire wasn't in this ep. What Mike did for Harold was really nice ... __________________

I have to admit, I found Jessica wonderful in how she explained things to Harvey. I'm sure Harvey realizes that without Jessica, he wouldn't even be senior partner. As they say...never bite the hand that feeds you.
