I saw the first episode of s2 it's pretty good so far. I am glad they are redeeming Francis and I am glad Ross didn't go to jail

So just finished watching the latest episode.
I'm not entirely disliking Ross, but I'm not impressed either. Making a move towards Elizabeth  I don't know anything about the books and I steer clear from spoilers  But to me it seems like he still just can't decide between these two women. Although, luckily it's no love triangle (yet?). When Demelza was sick and he told Elizabeth that Demelza is the love of his life and he then told Demelza no-one would ever take him from her, I believe he really meant it and believed that. But as soon as Demelza is better again, it seems like she's just the comfortable option, the one who is just there. I'm NOT saying I don't think he loves her. I think he genuinely does. But I think somewhere in the back of his mind there's still this idea that Elizabeth was his to be. I loved the scene of Demelza starting labor in the boat and Ross picking her up, the two of them fighting.  __________________

I love the reconcilation between the cousins. It was a shame Ross was trying to ruin it by trying to make a move on Elizabeth. I do agree that ross is still Subconciously torn between the two women
