Thanks for the news. I can see this show going on until S10. And then perhaps they can end the show after that. It's made it's mark and is really one of ABC's best sitcoms.

You're not really missing a lot. Some of the eps are okay, most of them are not. As long as Nathan Fillion's character, Rainer, is still around, this season is really (and probably) the least of my favorite.

Wow, I was right, up to S10 and then probably negotiations again or cancellation.

I hope that Adam can come back and still has the option of a full time character or at least a big time guest star. I really want Haley and Andy back so bad.

I have a feeling that he'll be back and only cause they left his story with Haley open-ended. If not this season then next.

Yes, I get the financials and reason behind it. It's just a long time especially with the writing going downhill so drastically.

Didn't NBC do that too with "This Is Us" since they renewed the show for 2 more seasons? I think networks are doing this now to guarantee longer deals with their actors.
So I just watched this week's episode and it was good. One of those really good episodes this season. Dylan was back too.  __________________

10 years seems to be a good run for this show. It's ran it's course and I'm glad we know that the end is in sight.

S10 will be bittersweet though. Wow. This is probably the longest sitcom I have watched (the other is HIMYM).
