Kerry became one of my favorite characters over my rewatch.

I’m currently rewatching S5 and S6 for a fanfic.

Also, it seems ER will be on HBO Max next month, but I can’t find anything to indicate whether it’s leaving Hulu (January 14):

So after this show won the TV poll I decided I should try watching it again. I watched some seasons a longgggggggg time ago when I was a kid and it was airing but I dont remember now except for a few characters and just one major storyline.

The pilot was great, it was so go go go, and the episode being 24 hours made sense. It was a big shock when they wheeled in that nurse, I didn't expect that to happen.

It was odd not focusing on any of the patients at all, but I liked it, much quicker paced and a different take to what i am used to with greys anatomy lol.

Not sure how fast I will be able to watch but def. want to keep going

Me too! I would love to get this thread more active. I’m all caught up on my podcast and am rewatching S5 and 6 for a fanfic.

I miss kayrey posting here

adding on to my earlier post I agree the 24 hours idea was great way to introduce the show and its characters in the pilot

I love ER - even though I only recall tidbits from the time it was originally airing...

Actually started to watch the show for the first time as an adult in 2019, but then I took a hiatus, and only re-started with the show now...

Anyways I'm in s7 at the moment. It's by far the best medical shows I've ever seen, and I love the multiple patient focus & slow character development, which is present in this show..

I probably won't post that much in this thread, as I'm too lazy to look it up always...

I like the relationships that the ER staff form with their patients

it feels genuine to me in that way

I watched 102 but i didnt like it as much.

what are everyones favorite seasons?

season 1 so far still feels a little outdated (and of course it was in the 90s lol). when do you guys think the show picks up/gets better/ what season are the shows prime in your opinion?

well I’ve only seen the first season and the first 2 episodes of season 2 so far so can’t really say yet

thought season 1 was a solid season though

and in the past like I said before 6 years ago I watched seasons 11-13, 15 for a certain actor I was really into at the time (really only a few of the episodes in season 15 because he was in them)

but I did like the later seasons I watched in the past

Juli - can you add the previous thread to the OP too?

For me, seasons 3-8 are the prime/peak of the show. S9-11 weren’t as bad as I thought they would be when I watched on Hulu, but the mood felt different once Mark died. By S12 I was struggling to stay interested. (I hate Abby, though, so that’s part the reason why.) I did think S15 felt like ER of old, but I feel now that the show should’ve ended once Carter left at the end of S11.
