 So glad you got the show so you got to watch it. And yes that it was I love about it too. It going more in depth and giving it more backstory is love. And I much prefer the tv characters to the movie ones. I love tv show Richie but did not like movie Richie. I am so ready for S2 too!Will get you added. It's weird watching how Richie in movie was and how tv Richie is. It almost seems like he never really was as insane as he was put out to be. Like Santanico was just in his head the whole time telling him to do this or that to girls and people. The whole eyeball scene in the hand creeped me out, it was cool.

Movie Richie seemed actually pretty damn awful imo. Where as Richie isn't exactly a good man but would not have done a lot of things he did if he was not under Santanico's influence.
I find it interesting though that when the Fullers and the Geckos meet Santanico is no where to be found in the episode. And Seth even comments that Richie was firing on all cylinders back at the hotel. So I wonder what happened to Santanico's influence then. It at least didn't seem to be a lot. |

Haven't seen the movie one in a while so it might not be fair to compare.
 But from what I do remember I like how there were differences but also similarities.How do you feel about Satanico in general? |

The tv show is definitely so much better than the movie in my opinion. So if you are wanting to watch them I would definitely start with the show. And it doesn't have that many episodes.
