1d Board Redecoration Thread

The purpose for this thread is to create new and pretty OPs for various threads. We want our board to look fantastic!




How it Works:

1. Comment here with threads you'd like to see get new OPs.
It can be any thread: 1d member, 1d bromances, game threads,
etc. We want every thread to be done eventually.

2. A list of suggestions will be put in the OP of this thread,
with a number next to it to indicate how many people are
interested in a particular thread.

3. Threads will get redecorated in order of popularity.

4. There is no time limit for suggestions.
This thread will stay topped for as long as it needs to be
(until all or most OPs are completed). Feel free to make a
suggestion at ANY time. (Hence, the order may change
at any time) But, keep it to one vote per member.
Once the thread you requested is complete, you are free
to vote for another one.


How to Help:

1. To start out, as soon as a thread is picked
for redecoration, Myself or Mandie will be the "lead"
on the project. If someone else would like to be the
leader on a particular OP re-design, please let us
know! We will just assume the role in case there is
no one else who wants to/can do it.
(Keep in mind that as Moderators of the board we
may make some changes to the coding before it is posted!)

2. Most importantly, if anyone has any suggestions
for things that should go in the OP or wants to help with
coding and/or graphics please feel free to PM me with that.

3. HAVE FUN. Seriously! This is meant to be a nice
way to discuss your favorite things and get a pretty OP in the process.

So I talked to Mandie and we decided to start this thread because we want our board to be pretty! (Thanks to the PLL board for giving us the suggestion)

With that said, we really want all the help we can get, so if anyone makes graphics, feel free to contribute. This doesn't necessarily mean we will 100% use your art, but of course we'd love anyone to submit things for various threads.

As stated in the OP everyone gets one vote. you can change your vote at any time, but i will be keeping track, so dont try to vote for more than one thing at a time. pick the thread you want done the most! we will get to them all eventually! and if a lot of you guys help and contribute to certain threads, it should go quicker.

I'm giving my vote to the family thread because I think itd be a thread that would be easy to do. As of now I am the only vote so its gonna stay at number 1 for now, but once we get a few more votes that will change. I'd like to have a thread picked though by Friday so I/We can get to work. I hope thats enough time for everyone to see this thread!

also keep in mind that the Liam thread, and the Harry/Liam thread as well as the Liam/Louis thread have all been completed already!

nopeeeeeee, anyone that wants to contribute can! and that includes organzing the coding as well.

but me and mandie of course will want to look at it and make sure that the quality is up there!

I mean, I'm offering to do a lot of it because I can do graphics and ive done OPs many times, and the main thing is that we get our board to look nice, but if course I dont wnat to be the only one making arts, and im sure not everyone would want that anyways! LOL. but if no one is offering to do a particular thread then i will have to take the reigns.

of course, if we have this AMAZING graphic maker that comes in later on and wants to re-do an OP that is fine! We just wanna get things started!

Well, most logical would be to start with the separate boys threads
But if it comes to threads, i'm volunteering for Louis' and Larry's

I see what you mean, but I think giving people a vote is probably the best option.

Of course when I did the Liam thread I had just volunteered and we didn't have permanent mods yet. Anyone could have offered to do any of the other boys too!

Of course if you were to say "Id like to do the Louis thread on my own" thats perfectly fine too! And you dont have to wait for people to vote for it, but i think having this thread would allow more people to contribute to it. Which is more fair. If everyone is fine with you doing the entire thing, I dont have a problem with that.

So if you want to organize/make the Louis and Larry threads, thats totally cool, go for it. And if anyone else plans to do any of the others, thats okay too! Just let us know so we dont have people voting for it here. This is mainly gonna be for threads that maybe no one offers to do, so we can get some contributions.

I think starting with individidual threads of the boys is easiesit then bromances etc..I would love to contribute hopefully when i get my program back

I took the voting idea from the Pll board. it just seemed fair.


Everyone gets one vote.... Idk its not complicated! Lol. Just say the board you want done first.

Say mandie you vote for Harry, but me and Jules vote for zayn... since zayn has the most votes we work on his first. Once zayns is done me and Jules can vote for something else and presumably you'd keep your vote for Harry's board...
