And then he filed a patent as 'television set' which really upset Sarnoff. Sarnoff then went after his patent, saying it wasn't first. He got Farm-boy fired! And then they went to court.

Sarnoff didn't want to have to pay royalties to Farmboy to use his patent to make tvs but now he would have to since Farmboy won the court battle. And then Farmboy developed a drinking problem.

Sarnoff made tvs and showed them off at the next World's Fair and did use FB's tech but never gave him any credit for it. FB wanted to sue him. And then finally Sarnoff agreed to pay to use the tech. And then tvs were nothing because the US was in WW2. FB tried to sell tvs again once the war was off but it wasn't going well. Sanoff put tvs in bars to broadcast a big boxing fight to people which got people to want to buy his tvs. FB wouldn't even let his kids watch tv, he was so bitter after everything.
