Here are some more reasons that could be added:

Because she's the only person of the female sex he can be himself with
Because she can talk to him about her day
Because he doesn't have to apologise
Because she has a crush on him
Because Helena saw something there
Because he didn't want Helena to harm Felicity
Because it took Felicity being harm for Oliver to take Helena down
Because she can see through all of his lies
Because they make a great team

I love this scene!!! You can tell he doesn't want to form any kind of emotional attachment to her or anyone really right now but she is forcing him to open up for her and be there for someone else when he's still so emotionally unavailable. I loveeeeeeeeee them so much!!
