She seemed kind of harsh with him, didnt expect to see Joanna in the last scene, she thought Tommy was cute lol, glad she got a bit more scenes .


Didnt see John much hope to see more of him in next episodes.

I believe it was speculation on Katie's part. I believed she said in a former interview that she (and Stephen) created a back story for their characters. Her being childhood friends is part of that.

I'm a bit iffy on Tommy as well. I do think he had some of the best lines, but towards the end. I started to have mixed feelings about him.

I saw an animation of Arrow watching Laurel walk away from Tommy I guess. I totally missed that scene when I was watching the episode.

So does this mean Oliver knows about Laurel and Tommy sleeping together?

He is a smart kid, he could tell something was going on between his mother & Walter (although they were in the same house, so a big clue). I think he might get a hunch that T/L are together somehow

Just watched the Pilot and I have to say I'm very impressed, it was so great for me. My eyes were glued to the tv set. The main reason I watched Arrow because of how much I'm a fan of Oliver Queen... I could thank Smallville for starting that for me.

I'll comment more on it later, I'm busy with something at the moment... yeah I know it's 3am eastern time for me... but.... yeah. lol I just finished watching Arrow cause I couldn't watch it live, so I'll just say 'for now' this episode was so amazing for me and thus far I don't care for shipping anyone on the show. No romance caught my eye.

I didn't think I was going to like it that much but I'm surprised how much I enjoyed it.

Stephen Amell was very charismatic in the role and I liked Katie Cassidy much better in this than on GG. I'm NOT looking forward to the love triangle with Tommy, though I agree it was more one sided than anything but he's such a sleazebag, although Colin Donnell has good timing.

I knew his mother was going to turn out to be one of the people behind it, but she did a good job in the role.

I loved Willa Holland on The OC but I'm not really interested in her story yet, but maybe as we get deeper into what happened when Ollie was away.
