I wouldn't be against that. It's imporant for her to know how to use one and to have marksmanship (or whatever), especially for a girl who's most of the time alone in the cave and she is an easy target if someone enters. Don't take me wrong, although she's very smart, you can't do anything against someone who has a gun or a knife and is very well trained (like most of Arrow enemies are) if you don't have weapons close to you. It happens with most of us in the streets, it could happen to her if she is in the cave alone.
Anyways, I guess she's smart enough to have a surveillance camera to realize when someone who's not from the team enters to the cave.

With all of them with such big important issues and pain, this time period in particular we need to see the important relationships not waste time on newbies who don't know what they are doing and have no idea what the rest of the team is dealing with at all. I hope they don't waste a bunch of time on the newbies and don't give us the important relationships that need time spent on them.

Have we not had that convo, lol? Maybe that was a different thread. Yeah I think Diggle should train her how to use a gun, she's very scrappy and resourceful but it's not really smart to hope she'll find a random weapon every time she's in danger, which is a lot with the life she leads. She needs to be trained some. Oliver can teach her some self defense without a weapon skills and Diggle can teach her some basic gun skills. It's the smart responsible thing to do with the life she lives.
