It's true, now that the stake is back I don't think Rebekah will be doing anything to piss him off.

But I don't see him protecting Gen unless he needs something from her

Maybe he'll just like being around someone who enjoys his company so that he can have some fun. Rebekah will be too scared to do anything and be relieved that his attention is focused elsewhere.

I was expecting a bit more based on tumblr reactions but it was so quick. I don't ship them but I found the cheek kiss cute. I also hope that Gen has some other plans with regards to Marcel because I'm not digging the idea of her being a clingy stalker.

I've got to admit, it was kind of hot.


I liked what they did with Klaus/Genevieve for the most part. The title says it all. Genevieve knew exactly who she wanted. I liked that about them. I could have really enjoyed them together if they had been developed more.

^ ITA!! although I do think that they rushed these too together... I LOVED Genevieve when she first appeared, and for the most part of her participation. I really wish they have had more development

^ I don't remember much about season one, but I do know that the relationship between Klaus/Genevieve was one of only a handful of things that I liked about it. I mean, look at this gif set...

There's something electric there. That's a huge statement coming from me, someone who knows who she wants Klaus to end up with (it's 100 percent set in stone). There were moments where I thought that this relationship could have been something that I could enjoy for a season or two. I'm disappointed with the fact that they aren't an option anymore.
