Well, Tom himself had said there was no plan for a Loki movie at this time.

Of course, if the movie has Thor, the W3, lots of Asgard and no Darcy... I'd want it.

Seriously speaking, Loki can only work in the supporting role (in the movie-verse, at least). Tom himself isn't enough of a name to carry a blockbuster comic book film as the title character, imo. And there are so many heroes who are competing for a standalone, already.
