Oh, sorry It's a group on Facebook I think Estee might stop by here anyway to post the new episode once it's up, so don't worry, you won't miss it

New Beginnings Update! Episode 11: Aftershock
This is no April Fool's joke. The latest episode of New Beginnings: Senior Year has been posted. The episode is called Aftershock and takes place the day after Jake and Hamilton have been discovered by the dean. Nearly everyone is affected by this catastrophic event. Some take action. Some observe. Everyone feels the aftershock. Some links for you: New Beginnings: New Beginnings @ whosaiditsover.com New Beginnings NEW Mobile Site: New Beginnings @ whosaiditsover.com Skip Straight to Senior Year: New Beginnings: Senior Year Aftershock Soundtrack on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?lis...HEU6t94nsD2kuE Facebook Page(IF you are interested, but I will visit here a bit more regularly, too): https://www.facebook.com/YANewBeginnings/ Thank you in advance to anyone who takes time out of their busy life to read this or future episodes. I am so excited to continue working on New Beginnings in 2018. My New Year's resolution was/is to finish this season (6 episodes) and release a 15 year reunion episode. I feel pretty confident in being able to meet this goal. I know it may not seem like it since this is the first episode and it's April, but I have completed a good bit of prep work for several more episodes. So, yeah, this might actually happen __________________

Re: New Beginnings Update! Episode 11: Aftershock
Estee,
Just saw your post on this thread and read "Aftershock. Thanks for writing it. The dialogue set in two different kitchens that makes sense in two different contexts seemed particularly artful. Young Americans seems to me a surreally symbolic show, one of its more surreally symbolic aspects being the thematic interaction between the three parallel story-lines, the Scout-Bella story-line, the Jake-Hamilton story-line and the Will-Rawley story-line; your two-kitchen dialogue seems an amusing reprise of that. I also liked Will's uses of Burns and Browning -- I hadn't read Browning's poem on a child gazing at Venus in a painting of "The Judgement of Paris" before. Thanks, too, for the link to your YouTube channel, previously unknown to me. I especially enjoyed the video of Somerhalder reminiscing about Young Americans, which I had not seen before, here. Nothing new in it except that Somerhalder commuted by water taxi to YA production HQ at Tide Point, but pleasant nonetheless. I've also water taxi'd to Tide Point; nice ride. Is "Aftershock" the ending of New Beginnings? Or will another episode resolve the ambiguity of whether Monica succeeds in blackmailing Rawley into not expelling Jake? Might a redemption of the Dean that obviates such blackmail be too much to ask for? "True love," after all, is supposed to be redemptive. __________________

After "Aftershock"?
Hmmm ... it's been more than a year since Estee gave us "Aftershock."
No sequel to date. How do we nudge her to give us more? __________________

Yeah but I think she only wrote or at least published one of the six (?) episodes she was gonna release.
