I never imagined I would be modding three boards. I only did it to save the boards from getting closed in each case. And I guess Sheida knows what it's like. It can get tough, but I've gotten the hang of it.

Nothing much new with me. I went to Europe for vacation this summer, and now I'm just getting ready for the hell that is retail during the Christmas holiday shopping season. I scheduled a week of vacation during the week of Halloween, so I'll have that time off during my favorite holiday before the really stressful time starts. It's the same every year, I just have to get through the holidays, and then after New Year's Eve it's a long wait until Spring and warm weather returns. I hate January and February, but I'm pretty good once April and Easter arrive. April through October are my best times of the year. I'm crap from November through March. I hate cold weather.

Been an interesting two weeks at work for me. Last week (mainly the 5th-7th) was SUPER busy with everyone wanting their meds before hurricane evacuation.
and then this week when they came back/our store opened up again it was really slow. We were anticipating it not being that way so they scheduled a bunch of people and the "corporate super techs" to help. It was like 8-9 people in one pharmacy literally not doing any work. We started talking about amusement parks at length.

Tomorrow I'm going to a funeral for a co-worker (actually my favorite one)...gonna be a bit rough.

Well, my job is a bit rough, Kush, but I manage. I just hope that someday soon I can leave this job.

Alex, I remember you mentioning you wanted to leave retail behind once you've paid off your student debts. Fingers crossed you can leave soon and start a new career in a different field! We're renovating our store right now, and once that's over the Christmas madness is about to start, basically. I'm excited

Thanks, Kush. My student loan is all paid off, so now I'm just paying off my credit card, which shouldn't take long. It should be paid off by January. I do hope I find something else soon.
