I'm actually hoping the family finds out and she gets fired but what will Thomas do without O'Brien? They work well together and we need some "spice" on the show.

I really despised her when she purposely put that bar of soap below Cora's tub just because she doesn't want to be fired and/or replaced. But I try to see the story behind it and in fact people like O'Brien exist in everyday life which is really the sad reality of it.
