I've been thinking this a while ago and I think Lily looks a bit like Emilie De Ravin.

I recently binge watched Secret Diary of a Call Girl and love Lily in it. (And despite the wildly different subject matter, her character is surprisingly similar to Lady Rose.)

I agree she looks like Emilie. Even their voices are similar, though different accents.

I haven't seen anything from Lily before D.A. I'll have to check out her other projects.

Sad to hear that people bullied Lily James on twitter because of her part in Downton. I hope she's aware that there're a lot of people out there, who love Rose by now!

I'm sure this is old news for most people but I just became aware of the terrible way Lily James was treated by some Downton fans. It made me very sad actually that she would be attacked in such a personal way. If I could I would give her a big hug and tell her I'm so sorry for what she was put through. Since I can't do that I'm going to send her a virtual hug and express my appreciation of her performance this season. Her character brought a lot of light, fun moments to the show. I especially liked her in the CS. Rose for her part was on her best behavior and she seemed genuine in her concern over the scandal she may have ignited. I look forward to seeing her next season. I hope we get to see more layers to her character. Stay strong Lily. I venture to say the large majority of Downton fans love you!
