Well, it's about Charisma's and other people's real-life experiences surviving attacks (abuse, rape, etc.), so there probably is some darkness in recalling the experience.

I'm not sure. I haven't watched it. But yes, Charisma is the host, but IDK if she talks to the victims or just introduces their stories.

I looked it up... Sounds interesting, but unpleasant. I don't really like crime re-enactments.

Well, Charisma is a good actress it seems, at least she did a good job with the Rebecca character. I'm still not sure whether she was good or bad...
