I'd say there's a pretty good chance we'll see her again. If only because the show still needs to address Lily's father and whether or not he even knows about his daughter. But before we got that, I'd like to see some more of Mal and Lily too. Their reunion was one of my favorite aspects of the final s4 episodes.

Since she is still alive, I do think we will see her again. But it could take a little while - depends what OUAT focuses on when it returns.

Well, I don't think we'll have to wait too long. The search for Lily' father was set up at the end of season 4, so I can see that being one of the themes next season. One of the subplots to be precise
