I'm just realizing Zorro as Lily's father is such a throwaway line. It doesn't make any sense, and I get it, it's there for people who actually want to know, but it's like, eh, I could care less.

It was. I was convinced they were going to reveal it to the Dragon last season, until they had to drop that storyline in the second half of the season. It being Zorro, is funny, but makes no sense.

I understand A&E wanting to tie up loose ends (except for Lancelot and Guinevere, I will rage about this forever until I get an answer).

I am sad it's over. It was good to see cast returning. Regina getting her happy ending and for Rumple and Belle together again. I'm happy with that.

As I understand it, they wanted to use the Zorro character but couldn't secure use of the character.

Season 7 was the direct to video sequel of the series. Not terrible. But not great either.
Glad the people who at least deserved happy endings finally got them. __________________
