it worked fine for Regina, and Hades clearly didnt want anyone to leave his 'kingdom'
he told Cora that, so if he's interfering why it worked with Henry Sr.? maybe because he's a recently arrived soul???  Killian died just hours they arrived in the UW.... and did anyone got the feeling we were in Mount Doom and Gollum was going to show up??  |

She chose Killian, splitting her heart and bringing back NOT once she did think of Neal, and also thought he was still in Underworld until he told her he wasnt.
