Same here. I wish the writers came out with some form of explanation. It wouldn't do much good but it would help give us insight as to what it was they were thinking when they decided to make this death final.

I deleted all the unwatched episodes from my dvr. Kinda relieved. But I am still too pissed.

Maybe things were meant to be different. Or maybe this is what was was planned from the beginning. None of us are writing the show, so we can't be sure. I just doubt it has anything to do with fan pandering.

Some graphics or gifsets would certainly lighten things up around here. I used to see them all the time in the early days.

we're all still upset - you would likely be too if it was Hook, so pleas let us mourn the way we need to mourn

Not really. I don't get emotional over fictional characters.

SF's last scene did get me a little sad because of the acting. And the music certainly didn't help. But all I feel right now is disappointment for the way things turned out.

I don't know what I just saw.
Came frm nothing and Neal is dead. Along with Belle, he was what kept me watching the show.

Is it that definetely? Or just as Rumplestiskin?
I haven't read spoilers.

I just quit Glee this week. Writers that can kill the freakin PREMISE of their show to cater to a few select fan bases won't have my respect or viewership.

Screw the fans (sorry) but you just don't get rid of that kind of love story. The second writers start to fan-pander is when I lose an amount of respect and sad to say that that has happened here. I'd expect that with shows like Roswell and The Secret Life of the American Teenager but not this so it's very disappointing.

Yeah, it was a beautiful love story that was never fully realized, and I think that's what disappoints me above all.

I was ready to sit through CS as a temporary thing, and I could have actually seen myself enjoy it, but I knew I wanted Emma to end up with Neal, or at least NOT end up with Hook. I can't stomach the idea that they're planning to make him her "true love". No, I can't take that. Hook had a true love and Emma has a true love, whether you want it to be Neal or Henry or both. They can't be each other's, so to see the writers caving into a loud fan base is very disappointing. First time I'm actually mad and disappointed in OUAT.

EXACTLY! This is not about hating Hook because I like him too, but it's about feeling robbed of the story the writers have been feeding us. Swanfire are canon, and no matter how much anyone can try, there's no denying the true love evidence the writers themselves have presented us. Turning around and giving Neal's happiness to Hook is what is eating away at me. Hook deserves a happy ending, but he doesn't deserve to take Neal's.
