Yeah, it was! And it really killed her when Vivian told her that she still had feelings for her ex-husband. Zoe kept constantly mentioning that Wade was a good guy and stuff....multiple times. She definitely was finally coming out of denial a bit.

Yeah, I think so too. I think she was mainly out of denial by like 3x17 after she had that conversation with Lavon about not being able to go through with her relationship with Joel anymore. I have always felt that the conversation had more to do with Wade than was let on. and then it was only a matter of saying how she felt. Especially since she had never said those 3 words out loud to Wade before.

Yeah, that line right there just screams Wade. I think when Joel and Zoe were doing their whole long distance thing, it made her think a lot about Wade and what went wrong....

I am really glad that we did. I think Zoe was finally fully aware of her feelings for Wade but she tried to keep it on the down-low until she got a handle on them. At least she was working her way out of denial.

Yeah, it was definitely a process which was good. After she broke up with Joel you saw her gradually come out of her denial and gradually work through her true feelings.

Yeah, it is. And I definitely think it was important for Zoe because it would have seemed really weird if it went fast especially considering how long she was in denial and how all over the place she was after the break up. It made perfect sense for her gradually get to that point.

Yeah, the pain from Wade cheated really overwhelmed Zoe. And we really saw it because she was all over the place. And at least Zoe even admitted that she was a mess.
