I think Stanley will be excellent.
Meanwhile, here's the video of David's appearance in "World Without End": http://www.youtube.com/embed/hNZb9-H...layer_embedded __________________

He played the good guy for once.
I'll miss him on The Borgias. I mean this scene above alone showed what a great actor he is and you can barely see him in it. Source: Come along with me Source: The Borgias Caps __________________

Yes, Arinna. I meant David and Karen in a film together. It would be nice.
Thanks for that clip, Nina. David looks great in that, even though you can barely see him! __________________

I loved the girl who played Caris, Charlotte Riley is her name I believe. I found the series enjoyable but not worth keeping to be honest, it was too simplicistic for my test. Fun entertainment while watching it but nothing more.
That being said, coming back to that scene - I found it impressive how David can have such a presence in a scene and he is barely even seen. It's just his voice that has such an impact. Well done. He really is a fine actor. Now for the fun irony of it all - should we get to see Maria Enriquez on 'The Borgias' once Cesare is in prison in Spain (if NJ ever gets so "creative"), I think it'd be a hoot and a half if he either cast Charlotte Riley or even better Haley Atwell in the role. Since both of them were now co-stars of David in his Ken Follett projects. I like seeing such things... I guess I'm really dorkey that way. Charlotte Riley in "World Without End" as Caris Source: somewhere a clock is ticking Hayley Atwell in "Pillars Of The Earth" as Aliena Source: Ken Follett | Welcome to the official site of the international best-selling author Plus I am biased but I think they are bot insanely pretty. Especially Hayley. Source: There You Were Wild and Free And not in costume: Source: zimbio.com Source: zimbio.com Source: zimbio.com Info on the side: Hayley can be seen over Christmas on the BBC mini-series "Restless" with Michelle Dockery ('Downton Abbey') where Hayley will play a spy during WWII. __________________

And if I may add... he reminded me a little bit of Francois' Cesare on that scene.

Dying of the plague probably made him channel Cesare's syphilis.

Yup, but at least he was there more than Juan in Borgia.

Ripper Street starts airing on the 30th December!
Also, judging by David's recent tweets, he's having a lot of fun on the set of the Wars of the Roses drama (I forget the name. The White Queen, is it?) __________________
