I think that El will be the one who will bring them back together. She will obviously be shocked, hurt disappointed but I think that El is too rational to let it cloud her judgement.

I think she will be her rational self and know that Keller is just a bad guy who wouldn't stop, who would want to hurt Peter whether there is a treasure or not.
