Knowing how Nik and Gwen love to tease and torment each other on (and off!) set, I wonder how that scene went a few times - - did she ever drop him or dunk him under the water?

The bath scene was done perfectly in every respect. Nikolaj C-W has had the scenes this season to really show his acting chops .

I'm still just in a daze from how amazing that scene was. I didn't love Brienne's adr when she caught him because it messed with the mood just a bit, but the visuals of the catching scene were perfect.
And I'll just echo what everyone is saying about how "Jaime. My name is Jaime" was worked in. We needed that line so badly! __________________

That was one of the titles I was considering for the thread.
I really love how this is Jaime's rebirth scene. He is stripped of all pretenses, nude, sick, damaged... it's so powerful. __________________
